Noon on Friday June 6, Consultation Leaders and Delegates will arrive on Salem Square where they will enjoy a bag lunch and wait for their host families to pick them up.

5 pm Friday:  Host families return to Salem Square with their guests.  International Dinner Buffet at Home Moravian Church. (PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED).

7 pm Friday:  Opening Lovefeast in Home Moravian Church Sanctuary.  

9:30 am Saturday June 7.  Salem Walk and Talk Groups. PRE-REGISTER to be assigned to a small group - international guests and N American guests will be mixed so you have lots of opportunities to chat.  We will offer 3 “tracks” so you can choose how much walking you want to do.

Noon Saturday: Lunch. Details to follow.  Pre-REGISTER.

Saturday Afternoon:  Consultation Sharing Conversations. You can PRE-REGISTER to share in a presentation and conversation about a particular issue or region.

Saturday Dinner:  Southern Style Barbecue - on the Square! PRE-REGISTER.

SINGSTUNDE ON THE SQUARE - immediately following dinner. We invite Moravians from all four regions of the Unity to share their songs and dances in this outdoor celebration.  Choirs - Small Groups - Bands - CONTACT US if you want to perform or lead a group song or dance!
