Antes- Durante- Después de la consulta
III. DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
BEFORE THE CONSULTATION:

-Delegates should find out from their provincial leaders what policies the local Moravian Church has adopted to protect women, children and vulnerable groups from discrimination in congregations and provincial agencies, and examples of how the province works with other agencies in the community on these issues.
-Delegates should get others to help them collect a list of government and non-government organizations in their local province that provide education and resources for women, including contact information, website/social media addresses, and a very brief description of services the organization provides.
DURING THE CONSULTATION:
-Delegates will develop strategies to empower girls and women in their province and region.
-They will learn about tools to use when they return home, including technology, information-gathering tools, workshop planning tools.
AFTER THE CONSULTATION:
-Delegates should visit with their provincial leaders and local congregations and share what they have learned.
-The goal of the consultation is for delegates to become advocates for women in their province, and to train women and men in local Moravian congregations to become advocates.

Delegates must provide proof of medical / health insurance (or their Province must provide it).
